Who is eligible for this promotion?

This promotion is open to:
1. New Residential customers who apply for Telephone + Broadband services;
2. Existing voice-only Residential customers who are subscribed to TelBru’s telephone services and wish to subscribe to TelBru’s broadband services.

Please note that this promotion is not entitled to new customers subscribing to voice only.

When can I see the free rental in my bill?

If your service is activated in the middle of the month, you will be charged based on the usage for the particular month.

You will only see the free rental in your next billing cycle after your service is activated.

How much will I have to pay upfront as part of this promotion?

During this promotion, you will only be paying for Fixed Line Deposit worth BND50 (for locals), BND100 (for non-locals).


If I’m an existing TelBru telephony customer, will I be eligible for this promotion if I apply for TelBru’s broadband?

Yes, as this promotion is also open to existing voice-only Residential customers who wish to subscribe to TelBru’s broadband services.


What do I get in return?

There will be three (3) special prizes to be given away to three (3) lucky customers who successfully sign up to $59 plan and above during the promo period.

3) Prizes given away for this promotion:

*The prize presentation will take place during TelBru’s 13th anniversary that will be announced at a later date and specific lucky draw terms and conditions apply.
*The car model and brand shall be at the discretion of TelBru. The Destination of travelling will be at the discretion of TelBru, arrangements or changes may be made by the customers however this is subject to the package/flight ticket providers discretion. Smart TV model and Brand shall be at the discretion of TelBru.
b) To be eligible for the lucky draw, customer’s service must be active throughout the promotion.
c) In the event that the customer chooses to terminate their service, the customer will no longer be eligible to the promotion.
d) Three winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received. TelBru’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
e) The winner(s) will be notified by phone and also the result will be published on social media.
f) TelBru reserves the right to publish the winner(s) of this promotion on any of our social media/media platforms.
g) If TelBru is unable to contact the winners after reasonable efforts to do so, as set out above, then that person’s right to win the Prize will be deemed to have been waived, and TelBru may then randomly draw another winner from the pool of remaining qualifiers.
4) TelBru staff and businesses are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
5) TelBru reserves the right to deem the offer void if the Customer do not comply with the terms and conditions specified for this promotion including the TelBru’s General Terms and Conditions for services as well as such other specific terms and conditions as may be agreed and accepted by the Customer. Such rights conferred on TelBru under the terms and conditions shall be additional to the rights conferred on TelBru’s General Terms and Conditions for services and any other terms and conditions agreed and accepted by the Customer.
6) All details and particulars registered by the Customer must be true, accurate and complete.
7) TelBru shall not be liable for any delay, failure or omission in carrying out this promotion.
8) TelBru shall not be liable for any claims, losses or damaged sustained by the Customer.
9) TelBru reserves the right at any time in its absolute, sole discretion, notwithstanding anything in these terms and conditions to cancel or make amendment(s) to this offer.
10) TelBru reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
11) Customers in this promotion shall accept the terms and conditions and the alteration thereof.
12) All decisions are at the discretion of TelBru and shall be deemed to be final.
