The 2 Days Unlimited Data Top-Up can be purchased multiple times during the promotional period. However, any unused two (2) days Unlimited Data Top-Up will not be brought forward outside the promotion period i.e. Unlimited Data Top-Up purchased on 30 June 2019 will expire on 01 July 2019.
Yes, you may still purchase the Unlimited Top-Up. Please take note that the 2 Days Unlimited Top-Up will be activated instantly, which means your base quota will be frozen until the time top-up validity expires.
You can purchase the Top-Up Data via our ‘My TelBru’ application or ‘My TelBru’ online services. Otherwise, you may visit your nearest TelBru branch.
It will be charged to your bill.
You will only be notified via SMS when your Unlimited Data Top-Up expires.
Only the service owner can purchase the top-up over the counter.

1. Copy of Identity Card of the Account Holder

The Top-Up is non-transferrable.

6. The 2 days unlimited top-up will get activated instantly, which means your base quota will be frozen until the time top-up validity expires.
7. Customers on Unlimited Plans are not eligible for the 2 Days Unlimited Top Up promotion.
8. TelBru reserves the right to deem the offer void if the Customer does not comply with the terms and conditions specified for this promotion including the TelBru’s General Terms and Conditions for Services as well as such other specific terms and conditions as may be agreed and accepted by the Customer. Such rights conferred by TelBru under these terms and conditions shall be additional to the rights conferred by TelBru under the TelBru’s General Terms and Conditions for services and any other terms and conditions agreed and accepted by the Customer.
9. All details and particulars registered by the Customer must be true, accurate and complete.
10. TelBru shall not be liable for any delay, failure or omission in carrying out this promotion.
11. TelBru shall not be liable for any claims, losses and damages sustained by the Customer.
