What is My TelBru Bill Payment Campaign about?

This campaign is for all our new and existing My TelBru Residential users who pay their bill online via My TelBru app or My TelBru online services.


What is this campaign offer?

This campaign includes the following:
• Every $80.00 made by customers on their bill payment via My TelBru app or My TelBru online services, they will get one (1) chance in the lucky draw.
• 10 random lucky shoppers get a chance to win a Shopping Spree.


What is the duration of this campaign?

This campaign runs from 9th September 2019 until 17th October 2019.


Who is eligible for this campaign?

This campaign is open to:
1. New My TelBru Residential Customers;
2. Existing My TelBru Residential Customers


Why corporate customer is not eligible for this campaign?

Unfortunately, no, the campaign is only for new and existing My TelBru Residential customers. However, we will take note of your feedback.


How can I participate in this campaign?

To be eligible for this campaign, simply make a minimum of $80.00 bill payment via My TelBru app or My TelBru online services.


What do customers get in return?

1. Every $80.00 made by customers on their Bill Payment via My TelBru app or My TelBru online services, they will get one (1) chance in the lucky draw.
2. 10 random lucky shoppers get a chance to win a Shopping Spree


How do you select the winners?

10 winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed by a random computer process.


How will I know if I am one of the winners?

Selected winners will be notified by phone and also the result will be published on social media.

If TelBru is unable to contact the winners after reasonable efforts to do so as set out above, then that person’s right to win the Prize will be deemed to have been waived, and TelBru may then randomly draw another winner from the pool of remaining qualifiers.


When and where will the Shopping Spree take place?

The date and venue for the Shopping Spree shall be announced by TelBru in due course.

Our team will inform the winners on the confirmed time for the Shopping Spree event.


I am one of the winners and I can attend the Shopping Spree event. However, I am too old or unfit to do the activities. How?

You may appoint a representative (immediate family member i.e. Spouse/Son/Daughter) to do the Shopping Spree on your behalf prior to the actual day. Hence, an authorized letter must be provided by the winner(s).

The representative has to be confirmed by TelBru for their eligibility.

I am one of the winners, but I am not in Brunei (e.g. students abroad, or working outside Brunei) during the Shopping Spree event, can I send my representative?

You may appoint a representative (immediate family member i.e. Spouse/Son/Daughter) to do the Shopping Spree on your behalf prior to the actual day. Hence, an authorized letter must be provided by the winner(s).

The representative has to be confirmed by TelBru for their eligibility.


I am one of the winners, but I am unable to attend the Shopping Spree event, can I reschedule?

Unfortunately, no, the confirmed date and vendor for the Shopping Spree event cannot be rescheduled. The Prizes will be automatically forfeited.


I am one of the winners, but I am unable to attend the Shopping Spree event, can you give me the cash instead?

Unfortunately, no, the prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferrable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.


If I pay my bill over the counter, can I still be eligible for this campaign?

No. This campaign is only applicable to customers making payment through online via My TelBru app or My TelBru online services.


If I have more than one (1) customer number in My TelBru account, will my name be still eligible to win more than 1 prize?

No. Only one (1) customer number will be eligible to one (1) prize. You are advised to consolidate all your accounts in one (1) customer number. This can be done by visiting any Kadai TelBru near you.


Can I make advance payment even though no outstanding bill for the current month?

Yes, you still can make payment through My TelBru app or My TelBru online services even though no outstanding bill for the current month.


How to confirm if my name is included in the lucky draw?

Your name will automatically be included in the lucky draw list once payment of $80 has been made to your account.


What if I am unable to win the Shopping Spree at the very last minute?

Your eligibility to participate will be forfeited.


What if the outstanding bill is below than $80, can I make payment of $80 or above?

Yes, payment still can be accepted and you will stand a chance to win the Shopping Spree.


I have no outstanding bill. Can I still participate in this campaign?

Yes, you still can participate in this campaign by paying your bill in advance with a minimum of $80.


I have already installed My TelBru app and wish to pay my bill using the application. However, the only preferred payment method is VISA and Master Card. I do not have debit / credit card. How?

You will need to have a valid existing debit or credit card in order to make payment via My TelBru app or My TelBru online services.


1. Applicable to all new and existing TelBru Residential Customers (‘Eligible Customers’).
2. This campaign is valid from 9th September 2019 until 17th October 2019 (herein referred to as ‘Campaign Period’).
3. To be eligible for the Shopping Spree, customers must:
a) Make payment with a minimum of $80 via the MyTelBru App or MyTelBru online services within the Campaign Period;
b) For every $80 made on their payment, they will get one (1) chance to win the Shopping Spree.
4. Customers who make payment over the counter will not be eligible as the campaign is aim at customers who make their payments online.
5. Customers who have paid in full prior during the Campaign Period will also be eligible and those customer who pay a minimum of $80 in advance for the next billing period (‘Eligible Entries’).
6. Shopping Spree Event
The date and venue for the Shopping Spree shall be announced by TelBru in due course.
a) Ten (10) winners will be chosen at random from all Eligible Entries received.
b) The winner(s) will be notified by phone and also the result will be published on social media.
c) TelBru reserves the right to publish the winner(s) name (including other necessary details) of this campaign on any of our social media/media platforms.
d) If TelBru is unable to contact the winners after reasonable efforts to do so, as set out above, then that person’s right to win the Shopping Spree will be deemed to have been waived, and TelBru may then randomly draw another winner from the pool of remaining qualifiers.
7. TelBru staff and businesses are not eligible to participate in this campaign.
8. TelBru reserves the right to deem the offer void if the Customer does not comply with the terms and conditions specified for this campaign including the TelBru’s General Terms and Conditions for Services as well as such other specific terms and conditions as may be agreed and accepted by the Customer. Such rights conferred by TelBru under these terms and conditions shall be additional to the rights conferred by TelBru under the TelBru’s General Terms and Conditions for services and any other terms and conditions agreed and accepted by the Customer.
9. All details and particulars registered by the Customer must be true, accurate and complete.
10. TelBru shall not be liable for any delay, failure or omission in carrying out this campaign.
11. TelBru shall not be liable for any claims, losses and damages sustained by the Customer.
12. TelBru reserves the right at any time in its absolute, sole discretion, notwithstanding anything in these terms and conditions to cancel or make amendments(s) to this offer as well as the giveaways.
13. TelBru reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
14. Customers in this campaign shall accept the terms and conditions and the alteration thereof.
15. All decisions are at the discretion of TelBru and shall be deemed to be final.
