The 2 days unlimited Top-Up will get activated instantly, which means that your base quota will be frozen until the Top-Up’s validity period expires.


How can I purchase my Top-Up data?

You can purchase the top-up data via our ‘My TelBru’ application or ‘My TelBru’ online services. Otherwise, you may visit your nearest TelBru branch.


What is the validity of this Top-Up?

The validity of this Top-Up will not be less than forty-eight (48) hours.


If I were to buy 2 of the 2 Days Unlimited Data Top-Up today, will the validity accumulate?

No, both the 2 Days Unlimited Data Top-Up’s validity would start at the same time upon successful purchase.
We strongly advise for customers to wait for 5 minutes or “Refresh” My TelBru to confirm if the Top-Up was successfully completed.


Can I purchase the Unlimited Data Top-Up multiple times during the promotional period and still use them the outside the promotion period?

The 2 Days Unlimited Data Top-Up can be purchased multiple times during the promotional period however any unused two (2) days Unlimited Data Top-Up will not be brought forward outside the promotion period i.e. Unlimited Data Top-Up purchased on 31 May will expire on 02 June 18 @ 11.59pm.

How will I pay for the Top-Up purchased?

It will be charged to your bill.


Will I be notified if my 2 Days Unlimited Data Top-Up starts and expires?

You will only be notified via SMS when your Unlimited Data Top-Up expires.


I want to purchase Top-Up but the service belongs to my sibling/parents/friend. Can I do that?

Only the service owner can purchase the top-up over the counter. However, if you still insist, you may provide:

1. Copy of Identity Card of the owner
2. Copy of Identity Card of the authorized person
3. Authorization letter

Otherwise, you can also purchase the top-up data through our My TelBru application or My TelBru online service.


Can I transfer the Unlimited Data Top-Up to other Service Number?

The Top-Up is non-transferrable.


How can I know if the Unlimited Data Top-Up is successful?

It will appear in your My TelBru application or My TelBru online service in the Usage tab, under Top-up History. (Unlimited Data Top-up is signified by Unlimited in Top-up History)

If you have not downloaded/registered to My TelBru, please download and register for future conveniences.


I see from My TelBru app/online that I have a top-up. But I did not make any purchase of Top-Up data. Why is that?

Please check with your family member who has access to your My TelBru application and may have possibly purchased the Top-Up.


1. Applicable to all TelBru’s existing Residential customers.
2. This promotion is valid from 15th May 2018 until 31st May 2018 (herein referred to as ‘Promotion Period’).
3. This promotion offers a two (2) days Unlimited Data Top-Up for BND$5.
4. The validity of this Top-Up will not be less than forty-eight (48) hours.
5. The Unlimited Data Top-Up purchased is not transferrable.
6. The 2 days unlimited top-up will get activated instantly, which means your base quota will be frozen until the time top-up validity expires.
7. Customers on Unlimited Plans are not eligable for the 2 Days Unlimited Top-Up promotion.
8. TelBru reserves the right to deem the offer void if the Customer does not comply with the terms and conditions specified for this promotion including the TelBru’s General Terms and Conditions for Services as well as such other specific terms and conditions as may be agreed and accepted by the Customer. Such rights conferred by TelBru under these terms and conditions shall be additional to the rights conferred by TelBru under the TelBru’s General Terms and Conditions for services and any other terms and conditions agreed and accepted by the Customer.
9. All details and particulars registered by the Customer must be true, accurate and complete.
10. TelBru shall not be liable for any delay, failure or omission in carrying out this promotion.
11. TelBru shall not be liable for any claims, losses and damages sustained by the Customer.
12. TelBru reserves the right at any time in its absolute, sole discretion, notwithstanding anything in these terms and conditions to cancel or make amendment(s) to this offer.
13. TelBru reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
14. Customers in this promotion shall accept the terms and conditions and the alteration thereof.
