This promotion is for all existing Residential & Business customers who are subscribed to TelBru’s telephony services.

Am I eligible for this promotion if I am a new customer but I want to subscribe to voice only?

Yes, the promotion is valid for new customers who subscribe to both TelBru’s Voice + Broadband services and Voice only.


Does the IDD calls include all country?

Yes, you can make any international calls at 50% off from the normal rate.


What is the discounted rate of the calls?

Discounted rate is 50% off from the original rate for all local and IDD calls.
For example:

TelBru to TelBru:
Normal Rate: $0.03/min
Discounted Rate: $0.015/min

This promotion is for all TelBru’s residential customers who subscribe to both TelBru’s voice and broadband services.


What is this promotion inclusive of?

This promotion is exclusively for customers who pay their current total outstanding bill in full through either the My TelBru mobile application or My TelBru online service. Customers are entitled to complimentary quota worth 10GB (valid for 30 days upon award). The payment must be done within the promotion period.

Customers with a permanently deactivated service is not qualified for this promotion. Customers must also have an active broadband service in order to utilise the free quota.


What is the duration of this promotion?

This promotion runs from 17th August 2017 until 31st August 2017.


Who is eligible for this promotion?

This promotion is open to both Residential customers who are Newly Registered to My TelBru and existing My TelBru users who are on broadband plans with quota only.


I am a corporate customer, why am I not eligible for this promotion?

Unfortunately, this promotion is only for Residential broadband customers. However, we will take note of your feedback.


Am I eligible for this promotion if I am a new customer but I want to subscribe to voice only?

Unfortunately no, the promotion is valid for Residential customers who subscribe to both TelBru’s voice and broadband services.


How can I participate in this promotion?

To be eligible for this promotion, simply pay the full outstanding of your current bill through either the My TelBru mobile application or My TelBru online services.


If I’m an existing TelBru telephony customer, will I be eligible for this promotion if I apply for TelBru’s broadband?

Yes, only if your broadband service is activated within the promotional period and you pay your bill in full through the My TelBru mobile application or My TelBru online service.

If I pay my bill over the counter, can I still get the 10GB quota?

Unfortunately no, this promotion is only valid for customers who pay their bill through the My TelBru mobile application or My TelBru online services.


When will I be rewarded the 10GB quota?

Customers will receive the reward by 15th September 2017.


What is the validity period for this free data?

The 10GB data will be valid for 30 days upon award.


How can I know if I’m eligible for this reward?

If you are a Residential customer subscribed to our Broadband with quota who has paid the outstanding bill in full through the My TelBru mobile application or My TelBru online service during the promotion period, you are entitled for this reward.


Will I receive notification (e.g SMS or email or pop-up) if I receive the award?

You will not receive notification. However, your reward will appear in your My TelBru mobile application or My TelBru online service.


I do not have the My TelBru mobile application, how do I gain access to the service?

Simply download and register to our My TelBru mobile application from the Apple Store (for IOS) or Play Store (for Android). Otherwise, you can also register from our MyTelBru online service on our website.


Will the same promotion also be available next month?

The promotion will only be for the month of August. However, you can always visit our Facebook page or Instagram page for more information on the upcoming promotion.


Can you transfer the reward to my other service number?

Unfortunately no, the reward is not transferrable. The free quota will only be awarded to your entitled service number.


I have already installed the My TelBru mobile application and wish to pay my bill using the application. However, the only preferred payment method is VISA and Master Card. I do not have debit/credit card. How do I proceed?

You will need to have a valid existing debit or credit card in order to make payment via the My TelBru mobile application or My TelBru online service.
