BruNet, the first Internet service in Brunei Darussalam was introduced in October 1995 and has enjoyed phenomenal growth. Our BruNet services comprise of dial-up, broadband, BruNet leased line services and other value added services such as, domain name, virtual email, web hosting, banner advertising, IP roaming, blog, SMS and online games. To cater for high speed broadband requirements from Internet customers, e-Speed service was launched, riding on the existing copper distribution cables. e-Speed offers packages with high internet access speeds range at 512 kbps, 640 kbps, 768 kbps and 1000 kbps. The e-Speed service allows customers to use the telephone line and surf the Internet simultaneously. Broadband services are also complemented with wireless access being deployed at more than 60 sites in commercial locations. The public can enjoy surfing at “WAVE” and "Blink Zone" hotspots such as hotels, international airports, restaurants, food courts and malls. TelBru also began offering a premium ‘Corporate Broadband’ package with bandwidth plan of 2Mbps and 3.5Mbps to our corporate customers accommodating their office sharing environment requirement.
