What is E-Government SMS Gateway?

E-Government SMS is one of TelBru’s new services in providing an alternative channel of communication between government departments and public via SMS.

It provides two-way messaging capabilities: sending and receiving of SMS E-Government SMS consist of two applications;

PULL-BASED application

Public request for information from the Government department by sending SMS along with the keyword for the relevant department.

PUSH-BASED application

Public receive information from Government department through SMS such as;

• Send customer reminder to collect documents
• Send notice to Mariners
• Send bulk SMS to all staff to inform about new policies, information, events etc …
