Upload and download those photos on Facebook, WhatsApp and/or Instagram to your hearts content without having to worry about over-using your quota.


Best of all – when you’re not within the vicinity of your home Internet and you’re out and about, you can save your mobile credit when you connect to any of TelBru’s WiFi zones, log in to your Postpaid WiFi and you can use your Unlimited Pass(es)!

Unlimited Pass is a Broadband Value Added Services that enables customer to use Facebook / Instagram / Whatsapp without affecting subscriber’s broadband quota.

How does Unlimited Pass work?

Any activity on Facebook / Whatsapp / Instagram (excluding third party links) will not be counted to subscriber’s broadband quota.

This package enables subscribers to use Facebook / Instagram / Whatsapp to their heart’s content, without worrying about how much they’re downloading. Think of it as peace-of-mind internet.

For Business subscribers, this plan can be beneficial as it enables the use of Facebook / Instagram / Whatsapp for advertising, customer interaction and other activities without it affecting their broadband quota.


What plans are available?

We have now introduced Facebook Unlimited at $3.00 per month, Instagram Unlimited / Whatsapp Unlimited, for $4.00 per month each subscribed service.


Who can subscribe to this plan?

This plan is open to all TelBru Broadband subscribers — both Business and Residential subscribers.


Is this a monthly package?

Yes.


Is there an expiry date? Do I have to renew it every month?

No, it is a monthly plan where once customers subscribe for this plan customer may enjoy this monthly. To cancel your monthly subscription, please approach our nearest TelBru branch.


How do I know my Facebook / Instagram / Whatsapp usage is unlimited?

To find out whether the facebook / Instagram / Whatsapp Unlimited is activated, you can check via ‘My Service’ on your My TelBru account.

How to:

  1. On the My TelBru app, on the ‘Home’ page, click on ‘My Service’. Select service number and you can view Facebook / nstagram / Whatsapp Unlimited stated under Products.
  2. On the My TelBru online, at the ‘Home’ page click ‘My Profile’ and click on ‘My Service’. Select service number and you can view Instagram / Whatsapp Unlimited stated under Products.


What happens if my service is throttled?

You will still be able to use Facebook / Instagram / Whatsapp Unlimited. However, the quality of your experience will be based on the throttling speed. For example, if a customer subscribes to 10Mbps, if throttled, they will then experience speed of 500kbps.


How and where can I subscribe Facebook /Instagram / Whatsapp Unlimited?

For Residential Subscribers:

  1. Visit the nearest TelBru branch
  2. IC copy of account holder is required and signed
  3. Request for Instagram / Whatsapp Unlimited for over the counter by filling in a form and must be signed by the service owner themselves otherwise authorisation letter will be required.

For Business Subscribers (non-Sdn Bhd):

  1. To fill in form 16 & 17
  2. Subscriber to provide Authorisation letter from the company
  3. Subscriber to provide IC copy of the authorised person with signature and company stamp
  4. Subscriber to provide IC copy of Business owner with signature and company stamp[N5]
  5. Request for Instagram / Whatsapp Unlimited over the counter by filling in a form and must be signed by the business owner themselves otherwise authorization letter will be required. (Broadband VAS Form)

For Business Subscribers (Sdn Bhd):

  1. To provide Certificate of incorporation
  2. To fill in and provide Form X
  3. To Provide Authorization letter from the company
  4. To provide IC copy of (one of) Director's with signature and company stamp
  5. To provide IC copy of the authorized person with signature and company stamp
  6. Request for Instagram / Whatsapp Unlimited over the counter by filling in a form and must be signed by the business owner themselves otherwise authorisation letter will be required. (Broadband VAS Form)
