What is FTTH?
Fibre to the Home is the delivery of a communications signal over an optical fibre. It used to replace copper infrastructure such as telephone wires and coaxial cable because fibre optic lines have a higher carrying capacity and more reliable than copper.

How much will it cost to be part of the trial?
There will be $15 minimal administration charge imposed for this trial.
What do I get by participating in the trial?
Unlimited 5Mbps High Speed Internet and Unlimited Local and STD calls every month.
How do I take part in the trial?
TelBru are contacting eligible customers in the enabled area directly. You will need to sign up with our application form which includes accepting terms & conditions for trial.
What equipment will I receive and when?
Customer will receive a new modem and TelBru technician will be brought to customer premises on the day of installation.
Will I need to upgrade my PC or other equipment to receive HSI services?
No equipment will be required.
What happens at the end of the trial?
You can opt to continue the service and will be charged. You can do so by informing TelBru at least a week before the trial ends. However TelBru will disconnect the FTTH service should you not require it anymore.
Who will borne the electricity charges during the trial?
Electricity charges due to FTTH trial will be borne by customers.
How about my call usage charges?
Local and STD calls are free during the trial but international calls can be opened up upon request. The charges are charged at prevailing rates.
Is my administration charge refundable?
The administration charge is non-refundable. However please retain your receipt for future use.
Will TelBru be hacking my walls or compound?
Yes, there may be a possibility to do so in order to provide the service. TelBru will refill/recover the hacking as best as possible.
What information will you require from the trial?
Our representative will be visiting you every month to conduct survey on your experience with our services. We expect you to make regular calls to check for voice and call quality of our fixed line service. For HSI service, we recommend you to monitor and note down the bandwidth speeds at different times of the day.
How can I check my bandwidth?
You can visit www.espeed.com.bn and click on the speed-o-meter.
Will you need to enter my house during installation?
Yes, TelBru representative will need to enter the house to install your modem.
Can I disclose the trial details to journalists or other third parties?
Trial users are not allowed to disclose any information about the trial unless there is permission to do so by TelBru.
What are the rental and usage charges after trial?
