Job Title: PART TIME STAFF EMPLOYMENT

TelBru is inviting suitable candidates (Local or Permanent Residents) for the Part Time Staff Employment.

The part-time employment can be offered for an indefinite period subject to the requirement of the company. Minimum requirement is 3 O levels. The part time employment are for the counter staff representatives / roadshow.

Job Title:  HEAD OF TREASURY

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible in the management of all treasury functions including the associated risk management and ensure proper set up of Treasury policies, procedures and compliances
  • Responsible for cash flow management and investments, in order to provide funding for disbursement of operations  and invest excess cash prudently
  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining good relationship with banking correspondents
  • Responsible and accountable for analysis and ongoing evaluation of cash and investment system.
  • To maintain organizational and professional ethical standards.
  • Responsible for maintaining all the bank accounts, conduct audit on all counters and responsible for monthly reconciliations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree  in banking, finance, accountancy or any related field.
  • Minimum experience of 5 years in Treasury or any related field
  • Excellent business acumen with competency in strategic and detailed financial analysis
  • To work independently with extensive latitude for initiative and independent judgment.

Job Title : GLOBAL NETWORK ENGINEER (PLANNING)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Managing Global Network Planning
    • Creating new business through leasing and selling of international circuits via submarine cables, satellite and Trans-Borneo land cables.
    • Providing international network for BruNet (IP Transit).
    • Budgetary planning for the operations and maintenance of Submarine Cables and Earth Satellite Stations.
    • Attending submarine related meetings (such as SMW3, AAG, SEAIOCMA) and other TelBru meetings.
  2. Managing TelBru’s Submarine Cable Station
    • Planning the operation and maintenance of existing and future Submarine Cable Systems.
  3. Managing TelBru’s Satellite Earth Station
    • Planning the operation and maintenance of the Earth Station.
    • Planning the operation and maintenance of existing and future Satellite Earth Station and communication systems.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  1. Accredited Degree (preferably University Degree) in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Communication Network Engineering, or any related fields.
  2. Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in similar position will be an advantage.

Job Title:  (Internet) Network Engineer

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Managing the engineering aspects of all networks including core systems and access systems
  2. Providing technical advice for network enhancements and improvements
  3. Managing quality of Internet service from end-to-end and providing Quality of Service reports
  4. Managing, coordinating and engineering the integration requirements of existing systems or network with new and future requirements
  5. Providing support to other operation units, customer services unit, product development initiatives, sales & marketing initiatives
  6. Managing project as per assignment including installation, commissioning, provisioning of assigned project
  7. Ensuring network/systems stability and optimizing the performance and the usage of the network/systems 
  8. Providing technical report for network/system performance in achieving the performance KPI
  9. Setting up R&D for network/systems and testing lab

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  1. Accredited Degree (preferably University Degree) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Internet Network Engineering, or any related fields.
  2. Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in similar position will be an advantage.
  3. Possess qualifications such as CCNA, CCNP and sound knowledge and experience in BGP and OSPF configurations

  7. Able to work successfully and productively in a team environment or independently and    deal with multi-tasks effectively.
